CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Cancellations: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. To minimize potential no shows or last minute cancellations, a credit card on file is required for all new appointments. If you change or cancel your appointment without the minimum 24-hour notice, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show". You will be charged 100% of the treatment price. 

Late Arrivals: We allow a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointment may follow yours. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. If there is not enough time, we will have to reschedule your appointment. Your new appointment time will be based on availability. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "full" session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
